Layne Wagoner, Grant County Fiscal Court Treasurer, is a 1979 graduate of Williamstown High School and a 1983 graduate of Western Kentucky University.  Layne has been actively involved in community affairs for the past 25 years, serving in a positive manner on numerous boards, committees and organizations, locally, regionally, and statewide. Layne is a member of the Williamstown United Methodist Church and is married to Liz Wagoner and they have three children.
